Mme Celisa is responsible for the Lemuel House kitchen. She makes lunch during the week for the admin office staff. She loves learning new recipes, and has quickly mastered quite a variety. Today, Krischelle’s mom, Jane–who is visiting for the week–showed her how to make Shepherd’s Pie with ingredients from the local market. It was delicious!
Mme Ce uses her years of experience and knowledge to teach others as well. She is part of Josiane’s women’s group, where she helps the other students to learn the new recipes.
